Managing director at EV Food Consultancy since 2005.

Since 1997 I have been working for the Food sector helping companies of all stages in the Food chain( primary, manufacturing, retail and catering)

I worked for food companies of several sizes, either in Spain and overseas; either in the public sector and private one.

The way I can help  Food companies to comply with its relevant food law and to become more competitive is through either an Interim Management service or  Consultancy, Audit and Training services.
